1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our dog walking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Wozede (the "Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Wozede provides professional dog walking services for clients in London and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Individual and group dog walking sessions
  • Customized walking schedules tailored to your dog's needs
  • Exercise and socialization opportunities for your pet
  • Regular updates and communication regarding your dog's activities
  • Emergency care coordination if necessary during scheduled walks

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of our dog walking services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate information about your dog, including age, breed, health conditions, behavioral issues, and vaccination records
  • Vaccinations: Ensure your dog is current on all required vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella
  • Health Disclosure: Inform us immediately of any changes to your dog's health, behavior, or medical conditions
  • Equipment: Provide appropriate walking equipment including leash, collar, harness, and any necessary items
  • Access: Ensure our walkers have safe and reliable access to your property and your dog

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking Procedures

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are subject to walker availability.

4.2 Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled walk. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the following terms:

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or as per agreed payment schedule
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Recurring services require a valid payment method on file
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes

6. Liability and Insurance

Wozede maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all dog walking services. However, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The Company is not liable for pre-existing health conditions or injuries
  • Clients are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to third parties, other animals, or property
  • The Company takes reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee prevention of all incidents during walks
  • Emergency veterinary care will be sought if necessary, with costs to be reimbursed by the client

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Information collected is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Modifications

Wozede reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to our services or these terms and conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches these terms or if the dog poses a safety risk to our walkers or other animals.
