I work long hours and was worried about Max being alone all day. The walker arrives exactly at 2pm every weekday, sends me photos during the walk, and Max comes home tired and happy. He's lost 2kg since we started three months ago, which my vet is pleased about. The booking system is straightforward and I can reschedule if needed.
Brilliant service! My rescue dog Bella was nervous around strangers, but the walker took time to build trust over the first week. Now she gets excited when she hears the doorbell at walk time. They avoid busy roads and stick to the common where she can run safely. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.
Good service overall. The walker is reliable and my spaniel seems to enjoy the walks. I appreciate the GPS tracking feature. Only reason for four stars is that I'd prefer slightly longer walks for the price, but the quality of care is definitely there. They remembered to wipe his paws before bringing him back inside, which shows attention to detail.
Does the job. My terrier gets his daily exercise and the walker is punctual. The walks are around 45 minutes which is adequate. Communication could be better - sometimes I don't get updates until evening. Price is reasonable for London. Would be nice to have more flexibility with weekend slots.
Absolutely recommend! Professional and caring.
I've been using this service for six months now for my two Labradors. The walker handles both dogs well, even though they can be quite energetic. They always come back calmer and the walker sends a brief report after each session. The only minor issue was during the first week when the pickup time varied by 15-20 minutes, but that's been sorted now. Fair pricing compared to other services I looked at.
